EASY AND DELICIOUS SLOPPY JOE

It is easy, delicious, and healthier with ground chicken and clean ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken – Worcester Sauce – Mushrooms – Onion – Red wine – Bell pepper – Tomato paste – Dijon mustard – Butter – Olive oil – Paprika

We make this recipe at least twice a month, and it is perfect for weeknight dinner!

Instructions:

In a medium frying pan, pour olive oil and let it heat while you chop the yellow onion & mince 2 cloves of garlic.

Once the onion & garlic are starting to get a little brown, about 2 minutes, add in the mushrooms, then cut up the tbsp of butter & sprinkle pieces over the mushrooms.

Then add 1/4 cup red wine and cabernet, and keep it at a low boil until the mushrooms absorb the red wine, sprinkling with garlic salt, salt, and pepper to taste.

In the same frying pan, add 1 tbsp. olive oil & 2 minced garlic cloves. Let the garlic start to simmer, & then add the 2 lbs of ground chicken.
