HEALTHY CHOPPED AVOCADO CORN DIP

This thing is packed with so many delicious vegetables that give it the tang, crunch, and creamy vibes you will love.

INGREDIENTS:

– Corn – Jicama – Bell pepper – Jalapenos – Avocados – Garlic – Limes – Salt

Not only is this recipe giving you the delicious appetizer you want, but it is also giving you the nutrients you want as well.

Instructions:

In a large, resealable container, add 1 cup of frozen corn.

Then add in your finely chopped jalapenos & red peppers. As well as your bite-sized pieces of chopped jicama.

After adding in your minced garlic, give the ingredients a good mix.

Next, add in your avocados, chopped into bite-size pieces, salt, and lime juice.
