THE BEST EDAMAME HUMMUS

I am obsessed with this recipe. My family calls it THE BEST hummus recipe in general.

INGREDIENTS:

– shelled edamame – chick peas – olive oil – lemon juice – sesame tahini – sugar – onion powder

It is a healthy, delicious, and clean recipe and I cannot wait for you all to make this terrific appetizer & snack.

Instructions:

Add 2/3 cup of frozen shelled edamame to a microwave safe container with 2 tbsp water. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes giving it a few stirs. Then rinse in cold water and set aside.

Then you will drain and rinse your chick peas as well and set aside.

Then in your high power food processor add your edamame, chick peas, grape seed oil, lemon juice, tahini, salt, onion powder & sweetener.

Puree on high for 1 minute. Then take spatula, scrape down the sides and then puree for another minute.
